Destiny Matrix compatibility: calculator for two dates
Enter two dates of birth and see the Destiny Matrix of the two of you — each point the two arcana added together. No score, and nothing you type leaves the page.
The compatibility matrix
Worked out in your browser: neither date is sent anywhere or stored.
Destiny Matrix compatibility reads two people through the 22 Major Arcana of the tarot. Each of you has a matrix built from your date of birth, and the matrix of the two of you adds them together, point by point. Enter both dates and the calculator draws it — in your browser, sending and keeping nothing.
It describes how the two of you move together, not whether you should be together. There is no score here and no percentage: only twelve points, and the arcana on each of them.
How it is worked out
A person's matrix starts from three numbers read off the date of birth: the day, the month and the sum of the year's digits (1990 gives 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 19). Each is folded into the 22 arcana — a number above 22 loses 22 until it fits, and 22 stays 22, the Fool. Their sum is the mission point, and the four together make the center. The corners and the lines of comfort, love and money are sums of the points beside them.
The matrix of two adds each of your points to the other person's and folds the sum the same way. It is the same matrix you would get by adding the two dates part by part first — day to day, month to month, the year's digit sum to the year's digit sum — because the arithmetic comes out identical; that is why calculators built either way agree, and why this one can show the two numbers each point came from.
What the points of a pair mean
The day point is how the two of you show up together — the face of the bond. The month point is how feeling moves between you. The year point is the wider current your bond sits in, what comes to it from outside the two of you. The mission point is what the bond keeps returning to, and the center is where the two of you rest together — the core everything else passes through.
Comfort, love and money are three lines of everyday life: where rest restores you both, how closeness wants to happen between you, and where shared effort turns into means. The four outer corners are drawn for the arithmetic only: in one person's matrix they are the family lines, which two people do not share.
Reading the arcana at a point
Each point holds one of the 22 Major Arcana, and each links to that card's own page. Read the card through the point's question: Temperance at the center speaks of a bond that rests in patience and in each giving a little to the other; the Tower there, of one that finds its rest only after something false has fallen. Neither is good news or bad news on its own — every arcana has its light and its shadow.
The whole reading
In the app, the compatibility door reads the two of you from this matrix together with the numbers of both of you — the life path always, the name numbers when names are given — and answers the question you bring to it. It can be tried once without an account, as numerology's free try, and the other person's date is kept only inside that one conversation.
